Can operators use a phone or tablet?
Yes. IMS is a responsive web application and can use the device camera for QR scanning and browser location when proximity control is enabled.
Can the system schedule recurring rounds?
Yes. Daily, weekly and monthly rules can assign an operator, supervisor, area, asset, checklist and parameters.
What happens when a reading is outside its limit?
The result is stored as out of specification and can be reviewed and escalated into a linked HSE risk and mitigation process.
Can one person have more than one role?
Yes. A multi-role user selects the role for the session, maintaining a clear audit boundary for the actions performed.
Does IMS support multiple languages?
The current interface includes English, Arabic and Urdu, including right-to-left layout support.
Is the application fully offline?
No. The current product is an online responsive web application. Offline synchronization is not part of the present verified capability.
